Belly Dancing strengthens and tones the whole body, with a unique focus on the core, trunk and pelvic muscles, and it is excellent for increasing flexibility, joint strength and muscle density.
Classes are led by Megan Burnett, who has been performing belly dance across the US for the past 15 years (and she also teaches Rise and Flow Yoga on Thursday mornings).
