HAVE A BLAST IN AUGUST!!

     If you’re one of those people who can barely squeeze a yoga or workout session into your busy schedule, then we have the PERFECT series of classes for you! Target specific training areas FAST with our intensive 30 minute BLAST classes!! Last month we introduced Booty Blasting Barre, a 30 minute barre workout focusing on the glutes and thighs.  We liked the idea of these “BLAST” classes so much that we decided to offer you more during the month of August!

STRENGTH FIT BLAST 

(Tuesdays @ 7am)

Conditioning: From core work to strength training to low-impact cardio intervals, these workouts are comprehensive and will give you a physical and mental edge.  You can expect a vigorous, full body workout in 30 minutes!

BASIC YOGA BLAST

(Tuesdays @ 7:45am)

This class is great introduction to yoga, or a perfect opportunity to refine your posture for the more seasoned practitioners.  All in 30 minutes, you will warm, lengthen, and relax!

BOOTY BARRE BLAST

(Wednesdays @ 6:30pm)

A fantastically short session of intense glutes and legs toning using body weight, and the barre to blast that booty!

BOOTCAMP CIRCUIT STATION BLAST

(Saturdays @ 10:30am)

This fast-paced booty shaping blast class consists of a circuit of stations including various free weight exercises, training equipment, and cardio exercises to tone the body by building muscles and burning fat!

HULA HOOPS + CORE BLAST   

 (Saturdays @ 11:15am)

This awesome playful class will burn calories and tighten your core, while teaching you to have a little bit of fun with hoops!  This class integrates core muscles through some yoga stretching, intense core-work, and hula hoop fun!

Want to tone your core but not interested in Pilates? Belly Dancing may just be the answer! Discover the power of this ancient art form and connect with your inner goddess in our 8-week belly dancing course. Belly Dancing strengthens and tones the whole body, with a unique focus on the core, trunk and pelvic muscles, and it is excellent for increasing flexibility, joint strength and muscle density.

Classes are led by Megan Burnett, who has been performing belly dance across the US for the past 15 years (and she also teaches Rise and Flow Yoga on Thursday mornings).
