Calling All North County Mommies!

In honor of the new addition to the Carlsbad Village Yoga Co-op family, we are starting a new Me & Mommy Program that will consist of two parts: one SOCIAL and one FIT!
Even if you are a first time mommy or a mom of multiple children, this new program will be a great way to social you and your kids, swap kids gear and clothing, as well as drop those preggo pounds and stay in shape!

On Sunday, December 4th 12-1:15pm, we are launching our first monthly Me & Mommy Social.  Learn about and win free passes to our Me & Mommy FIT classes starting in 2017!
Me & Mommy FIT classes (yoga, booty and core workouts) will begin on Tuesdays at 4:30 starting in January!  Enjoy potluck style brunch (don’t forget to bring your favorite dish to share) while socializing yourself and your little ones!  Also use this time to swap out any kid’s toys or clothing that you are no longer using.

We invite you to join us for FREE during this first session on Sunday and for only $5 every month thereafter (to help cover space & champagne).

Partner Yoga: Strengthen Body and Connectivity to Others


Some people view yoga as a solitary practice.  Certainly, an individual yoga session serves as an wonderful opportunity to look inward and find balance and peace.  However, for those searching for more connectivity to others, there is PARTER YOGA!!

Parter Yoga can be performed with a friend, a lover, a spouse, a sibling, even fellow yoga classmate. There are many poses that can facilitate your emotional bond and physical awareness.  Your partner practice can be as simple or as complex as you and your partner wish to go.  Some prefer to utilize the extra person to go deeper into a pose like child’s pose or downward-facing dog.  While others test their strength, balance, and trust with more complex acrobatics-style poses.


If you are interested in expanding your yoga practice and connecting with your partner or other yogis, join us this Saturday, February 8 2:00pm-5:00pm for our monthly Partner Yoga Workshop with Amanda Manfredi!  

No partner is required to participate!  However, if you wish to bring a friend, a spouse, a boyfriend or girlfriend then this will be a great relationship building exercise!

$40 per person OR $70 per pair  ($30 per co-op member)
